We worked with Shane to sell our home in NW Calgary as well as a rental property. Shane went above and beyond making sure our property was highlighted in all the right ways. He took extra time with staging and photography and even created a stunning Instagram video to highlight the listing. We ended up selling for more than anyone else in the neighbourhood (and there were a number of listings at the time) and set a new benchmark. Shane was great to work with and was open to feedback. We felt like we were in control of the negotiations and never felt like Shane was just trying to close the sale as quickly as possible in order to move on. After the successful sale of our house, we listed a rental property we had in the same community and had it sold, again at a higher price than comparable properties, within 12 hours of listing. When looking for a replacement rental property, Shane took the time to show us every listing you could possibly imagine as apartments in the price range we were looking at were coming off the market as quickly as they were being listed. Again, we never felt pushed to make a decision on something and he helped us close on the perfect unit after several exhausting weeks of hunting. I don't think we would have made it through this tough process had it not been for Shane. I highly recommend working with Shane whether you are buying or selling a home.
